The Role


We're seeking a motivated Speech Pathologist to deliver high-quality, client-centred services across:

• Paediatrics (approx. 2/3 caseload): speech, language, fluency, literacy, social communication
• Adults (approx. 1/3 caseload): communication, dysphagia, language, voice
• You'll work both in-clinic and in the community, enabling flexible, holistic care that meets clients where they're at.

What You'll Do

• Provide assessment and evidence-based intervention across a diverse caseload
• Collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary team, including OT, Psych, Physio and Allied Health Assistants
• Develop tailored therapy plans and monitor client progress
• Build warm, supportive relationships with clients and their families
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

About You

• Degree in Speech Pathology (new grads and experienced clinicians welcome!)
• SPA registration (or eligibility)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to client-centred, evidence-based practice
• Valid driver's licence and ability to work across community settings
